We are currently searching for a Business Analyst (Insurance):

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a minimum of 8+ years of IT experience to drive complex business analysis and project success.
  • Apply excellent requirement understanding and analytical skills to gather, evaluate, and document business needs.
  • Utilize deep Insurance Domain knowledge, specifically within Property & Casualty Insurance, to guide IT solutions and process improvements.
  • Execute and coordinate project deliverables operating effectively within Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate clear alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of IT experience acting as a Business Analyst or in a closely related functional role.
  • Strong Insurance Domain knowledge, specifically focused on Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
  • Excellent requirement understanding and advanced analytical skills.
  • Proven, hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." (In this context: understanding the difference between simple task-taking and strategic business engineering)

Desired

  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
