Job Summary

You will drive digital transformation initiatives by analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, and translating technology constraints into business-focused strategies that align with government priorities and enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and IT delivery models to identify digital transformation opportunities and challenges
• Translate technology constraints into clear, actionable, business-centric recommendations for senior management
• Maintain and refine the enterprise digital transformation roadmap to align with Whole-of-Government (WOG) directions and technology stack priorities
• Facilitate the development of business cases and value hypotheses with Business Stack Owners, digital transformation teams, and strategic partners
• Track and report on OKRs, value realization, adoption rates, budget, and resource inputs to identify duplication risks across technology stacks
• Scan emerging technologies and best practices to identify and prioritize practical opportunities for organizational adoption
• Prepare materials for executive steering forums, including dashboards, options papers, and follow-up actions to support business-technology management
• Engage and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout digital initiatives
• Apply structured, user-centric problem-solving techniques supported by strong data analysis, benefits tracking, and dashboarding capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in finance or business analytics
• Experience in change management
• Prior ownership of digital transformation roadmaps and portfolio tracking
