Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and FSDs to guide project development. - Utilize process flow methodologies, including BPMN and Visio, to create visual representations of business processes. - Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, providing recommendations for improvement. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback. - Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Required Skills: - Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and FSDs. - Strong understanding of process flow methodologies, including BPMN and Visio. - Experience in conducting gap analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
