Salary: $765.30 per day plus super

Business Analyst - L400, Superannuation & Policy Administration:

Location: Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Superannuation, Life Insurance, Policy Administration, and ideally Life400 (L400).

In this role, you will work with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery, and assist with testing and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using INVEST principles.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions.

• Support sprint planning, story elaboration, and backlog refinement.

• Conduct UAT and support implementation activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive business value.

• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.

• Support Life400 operational teams and platform change initiatives.

About You

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Superannuation, Life Insurance, or Financial Services.

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

• Skilled in requirements analysis, process mapping, and UAT.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Life400 (L400) or other mainframe systems is highly needed.
