Business Analyst - Lead

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application development or product engineering environments.
• Domain experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or regulated industries is an advantage.
• Experience in SDTM, ADaM and TFL generation (added advantage).
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis, and solution definition.
• Proven expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating with business, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications, digital transformation programs, and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions is preferred.
• Experience in applying AI in standardization, SDTM, ADaM and TFL generation.
• Lead requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder discussions, and business workshops to capture business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and Development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirements traceability activities.
• Facilitate requirement prioritization, impact assessments, change requests, and business sign-offs.
• Ensure completeness, clarity, and consistency of requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
