Summary

Requirements:- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and analyse data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience mapping business processes and identifying improvements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or defence environment
- Experience working with ERP, MRP or other enterprise business systems
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Power BI or Jira
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and requirements
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Interrogate business systems to produce reports, dashboards and meaningful insights
- Create process maps, business cases and supporting documentation
- Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to design effective solutions
- Support business change projects from initial concept through to implementation
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder reviews
- Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies, escalating issues where required
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and implementation activities
- Analyse data to support informed decision-making
