We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within a complex digital transformation programme. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful solution design and delivery.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software delivery projects.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process modelling (BPMN).
- Experience performing fit-gap analysis for commercial (COTS/SaaS) solutions.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with legacy system migration or large-scale system modernization projects.
- Experience working with laboratory, scientific, or highly regulated environments.
