Summary
The Business Analyst will work with enterprise clients to elicit requirements, map business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives including ERP/SAP implementations and AI assessments. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into clear documentation and actionable process improvements.

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and better ways of working — delivering measurable outcomes across technology, ERP/SAP, digital transformation, process improvement and emerging AI.
What you’ll do
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Map, model and analyse current- and future-state business processes
- Identify and drive business process improvement opportunities
- Produce clear documentation — requirements, process maps, specifications and user stories
- Support technology, ERP/SAP and digital transformation initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities and support their delivery
- Contribute to AI opportunity identification and assessment work, where relevant

What we’re looking for
Must have
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience
- Strong requirements gathering and requirements analysis
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Business process analysis and structured problem-solving

- SAP / ERP experience
- ARIS or other business process modelling (e.g. BPMN)
- Digital and technology transformation
- Data analysis and analytics
- Automation

- Hands-on ERP/SAP implementation or optimisation experience
- Enterprise process modelling capability (ARIS, BPMN)

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma) — valued, not required
