Business Analyst

Salary: $30,000 – $35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Process Mapping:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to analyze, define, and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" business workflows.

  • Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for Contract & Royalty Management solutions and other corporate IT initiatives.

• System Implementation & Testing:

  • Lead data management tasks, including data field mapping and data migration strategy execution.

  • Prepare comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system deliverables align with business expectations.

• Project Management & Vendor Liaison:

  • Manage and document system change requests (CRs), coordinating priorities with vendors and business units.

  • Track, document, and follow up on post-implementation issues and enhancements with third-party vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Around 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementation. Experience with Finance & Operations (F&O) modules is highly preferred.

  • Open to ERP Developers or System Analysts (SAs) looking to transition into a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant role.

• Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot, or other AI development tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
