A Victorian Government department is delivering a major planning reform program, and its systems need to change to support new planning legislation. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong process design and wireframing skills to help define and deliver those changes.The role
- Contract from Monday 30 November 2026 to April 2027, with possible extension to May 2027
- Competitive daily rate
- Hybrid, based in Melbourne CBD or Ringwood (the exact pattern will be confirmed)
- Run stakeholder workshops to gather and confirm requirements
- Map current and future state business processes and process flows
- Break epics down into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes and interface mock-ups to illustrate requirements
- Work closely with delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Victorian Government experience
- A strong background in Agile delivery, including writing epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Business process mapping skills
- Wireframing or mock-up experience in Figma, Balsamiq or similar
- Availability for the full contract term from 30 November
- Experience on planning, regulatory or legislative reform programs
- Case management or workflow systems
- Requirements traceability and solution design review
