Business Analyst | Operational Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Operations Analyst to support a major ANZ transformation programme. Working closely with local stakeholders and a global Change team, you'll play a key role in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support and execute UAT activities across business functions.
• Coordinate business users and SMEs during testing.
• Assist with operational readiness, training, and go-live preparation.
• Provide testing updates and stakeholder reporting.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Change Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Hands-on UAT experience.
• Experience with business process analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Insurance or financial services experience is highly regarded.
