As a Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud you will:
- Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle HCM Cloud processes and configurations.
- Support the implementation of Learning, Skills and Mentoring modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Participate to the configuration of Learning, Skills and Mentoring modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work closely with HR and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Assess existing HR processes and identify gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement as part of the transition to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Design and document functional solutions, workflows and processes in line with business requirements and Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Support testing, validation and troubleshooting of configured solutions, ensuring that they meet agreed business requirements.
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations throughout the implementation and support the successful adoption of the new HCM Cloud solution.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role in HR systems implementation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience with configuration and implementation.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR information systems.
- Proven experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and/or Skills and Mentoring functionality would be highly desirable.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Experience with gap analysis, process design, testing and implementation of HR systems.
- Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage, particularly in the context of migration or replacement projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both HR and technical teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
