Join a multi-product SaaS company within the Data & AI/ML Engineering team.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Own and prioritise the product backlog while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Track project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and support planning activities.
Work on innovative AI/ML solutions, including personalisation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and GenAI.

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in data-driven or backend-focused environments.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
Good understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ML concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Nice to have: SQL, SaaS experience, or exposure to AI/ML, fraud detection, recommendation systems, or personalisation platforms.
