Business Analyst (Professional)

Join a global Talent, Learning & Culture product team focused on delivering innovative People & Culture technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Delivery Leads, helping translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring alignment with SRA, Compliance, and Quality standards. The position combines business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, and business consulting responsibilities.

Work Mode: 100% remote from Poland

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Delivery Leads and business stakeholders within the Talent, Learning & Culture domain,

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements,

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements across People & Culture technology initiatives,

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions,

• Support initiatives related to People & Culture Technologies, SRA, Compliance, and Quality,

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvements,

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams,

• Support project activities, testing processes, and solution validation,

• Contribute to organizational change management and business transformation initiatives,

• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed objectives, quality standards, and business expectations.

Expectations

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or project environment,

• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder management,

• Ability to investigate business needs and recommend strategic improvements,

• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams,

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization,

• Experience creating and maintaining business and functional documentation,

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies,

• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills,

• Ability to effectively support organizational change and business transformation,

• Experience with HR/People & Culture technologies is considered an advantage,

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
