Lead the end-to-end delivery of loyalty, digital engagement, and gamification products across web and mobile channels. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; and support Agile delivery from ideation through launch. Act as a subject matter expert for airline loyalty programs, including member enrollment, accrual, redemption, tier management, promotions, and partnerships. Define and deliver gamification capabilities such as challenges, missions, badges, rewards, streaks, leaderboards, and personalized engagement journeys. Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Loyalty, and external partners to design scalable solutions, analyze APIs and integrations, support testing and UAT, manage stakeholders, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty program value.
