Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on functional experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud to support a global Tenders & Contracting platform.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud functional experience.
• Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD and user story creation.
• Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• UAT planning, test cases and defect management.
• Salesforce configuration knowledge (Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules).
• API / System Integration knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have: Informatica Cloud, Pharma/Life Sciences domain, Tender & Contract Management experience.
