Business Analyst / Salesforce (M/F) (Internship)
The junior Salesforce Business Analyst role offers rapid exposure to Salesforce solution implementation with our clients, guided by experienced consultants. This internship in Lyon is aimed at a student wishing to discover the Salesforce BA role.
đź’ˇ YOUR MISSIONS
As a Salesforce Business Analyst Intern (M/F), you work within our Lyon team and contribute to the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in analysing user business requirements
- Contribute to drafting User Stories, EPICs and functional specifications
- Participate in Salesforce configuration for simple to intermediate use cases
- Assist in creating and updating functional documentation (processes, specifications, user guides)
- Contribute to the preparation of analysis reports and presentation materials
- Participate in functional testing and UAT phases
- Support end-user training
- Train on Salesforce solutions through our mentoring programme and prepare for Salesforce certifications
You are currently in your final year at a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+5) and are looking for a final-year internship in consulting or digital projects.
- Interest in CRM systems and digital transformation.
- Initial exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools appreciated.
- Good analytical, communication, and synthesis skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Team spirit and curiosity.
