Business Analyst (SAP GROW)
Summary
Functional consultant/BA implementing SAP GROW (public cloud) for Woh Hup: gathering requirements, configuring FICO and MM modules, integrating with Workday, Strada and banking systems, ensuring SG/MY/AU tax compliance, supporting UAT, migrating data from SAP B1, training end users, and proposing AI-driven enhancements.
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month
The Business Analyst (SAP GROW) will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design, implement, and support SAP GROW solutions. The consultant ensures that business processes are effectively mapped into SAP functionalities, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Work with business users to capture functional requirements
Translate business needs into SAP GROW configurations and solutions
Configure SAP GROW modules (primarily FICO and MM)
Support integration with HR (Workday), Payroll (Strada), bespoke application, and banking systems
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (Singapore GST, Malaysia SST, AU tax, VAT)
Review and develop baseline test scenarios and scripts for UAT
Support end-users in executing test cases and validating outputs
Assist in migrating legacy transaction data from SAP B1 to SAP GROW
Conduct end-user training and documentation
Propose AI-driven enhancements (AP invoice automation, cashflow prediction, procurement analytics)
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
3 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with at least 2 years in cloud-based SAP solutions
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and MM modules within SAP GROW
Experience in construction industry processes and project cost management
Familiarity with SAP GROW Public Cloud deployments
Proven track record in data migration projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
SAP certification in FICO/MM preferred
