Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA PP/MM)
Summary
Business analyst supporting SAP S/4HANA PP/MM (production planning and materials management) at ASMPT in Pasir Gudang: gathering requirements, writing functional specs, running UAT, and providing functional/helpdesk support. Works hands-on with SAP, ABAP, SQL and MS .NET, and supports AI initiatives in supply chain.
Partner with business stakeholders to support SAP S/4HANA PP/MM business processes. Translate business requirements into sustainable solutions, ensure system stability, drive continuous improvement and support effective adoption across business operations.
Responsibilities
Engage business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, assess process impacts, prepare functional specifications and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
Prepare and maintain process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, work instructions and support documentation.
Provide functional support, incident resolution for SAP S/4HANA PP/MM processes and integrations.
Work closely with end-users to conduct user acceptance test and ensure on-time project delivery.
Maintain awareness of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and recommend practical improvements that support business objectives and process standardization.
Support the development and scaling of AI initiatives in SCM.
Work in SAP, ABAP, SQL, MS .NET support environment.
Provide helpdesk support to Application Management Support (AMS) and business user.

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline.
Min 2 years hands-on functional experience in SAP S/4HANA PP or MM module.
Experience in SAP Fiori and Agentic AI is a bonus.
Knowledge in Procurement, Quality Control and Warehouse process is a plus.
Experience in the system development life cycle, from requirement gathering, business analysis, functional specification, development, testing, implementation, user training and application support.
