Due to continued growth, we are hiring Business Analysts (Senior and Junior levels) to support a major business transformation programme within the utilities sector. You will contribute to a multi-year transformation initiative focused on Maintenance Development, operational improvement, business change and enhanced ways of working.
The role involves working with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery specialists to understand business needs, improve processes and support successful implementation of change. We are seeking candidates who can operate effectively within complex transformation environments and contribute across the full business analysis lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities across change and transformation initiatives.
Engage stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and business needs.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements.
Analyse processes, identify improvements and support future-state design.
Develop requirements, process maps, user stories, workflows and documentation.
Translate business needs into actionable solutions for delivery teams.
Support solution design, implementation and operational readiness.
Identify opportunities for optimisation, efficiency and improved performance.
Support change adoption and ensure business needs are embedded throughout delivery.
Collaborate with project, technical and operational teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Produce high-quality analysis, reports and governance documentation.
Requirements:
· Senior Business Analysts – experience leading analysis activities and managing complex stakeholder groups.
· Junior Business Analysts – experience supporting requirements, process analysis and change delivery.
· Experience as a Business Analyst within change, transformation or improvement programmes.
· Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, process improvement and user stories.
· Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively.
· Experience documenting processes, requirements and operating procedures.
· Experience supporting change delivery from discovery through to implementation.
Desirable Experience:
· Experience in utilities, energy, water, infrastructure or asset-intensive environments.
· Background in maintenance transformation, operational improvement or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
· Experience with digital transformation, ERP implementations and Agile/hybrid delivery.
· Experience working in regulated or complex stakeholder environments.
· Business Analysis qualifications or change/project delivery qualifications
