We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and ensuring that the final product meets the specified requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to guide the development process.
- Conduct UAT to validate that the solutions meet business requirements.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the health insurance sector.
- Analyze data using SQL and other tools to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize tools such as Postman and Jira for testing and project management.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Required Skills:
