Experience with high-load systems and database optimization (PostgreSQL) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of C# (.NET) or JavaScript is an advantage
Experience migrating legacy systems to modern CRM platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
What we offer :
Individual career development and growth path
Performance-based bonus system
Continuous professional and personal training
