Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, system analysis/design, process analysis and stakeholder management.
Strong experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, product playbooks/runbooks and onboarding guides.
Hands-on experience supporting UAT, test planning, test cases and defect resolution.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in system analysis & design + Java training/certification, OR 1+ year of system analysis/design experience in MINDEF/SAF Java EE projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
