Business Analyst – ThaiMart

📍 Location: T-Place Sukhumvit 55 (Thonglor)
🕒 Working Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off (rotational schedule, not fixed on weekends)
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret business direction and requirements from Management / C-Level.

• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Finance, and related departments.

• Analyze business processes, pain points, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, scope, process flows, and user stories.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Product, and Tech teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Analyze business data and key metrics to support decision-making and validate requirements.

• Prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and dependencies.

• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

• Monitor post-implementation results and gather feedback from business users for continuous improvement.

• Present insights, recommendations, and project updates to Management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Business Process, or related roles.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering and working with multiple stakeholders.

• Good understanding of business processes and ability to see the overall business picture.

• Able to translate business direction into actionable requirements.

• Good understanding of data and ability to analyze business metrics and dashboards.

• Able to communicate effectively with Tech teams and understand system flows and technical constraints.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English for meetings, documentation, and business communication.

• Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Platform is highly preferred.
