Business Analyst / UAT Lead, Insurance, 55k

Salary: $45k - $55k p.m.

A leading insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst /Test Lead to play a key role in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives. The role requires strong testing leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities to support complex system implementations and digital transformation projects.

Job Duties:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Drive end-to-end UAT activities including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Coordinate closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors throughout project delivery.
• Review functional specifications and ensure solution quality meets business expectations.
• Support production rollout, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and project readiness.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and production issues.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst, UAT, or project delivery experience.
• Proven end-to-end UAT testing experience on large-scale system implementation projects.
• Insurance, banking, or broader financial services industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, defect management, and testing processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation would be an advantage.
• Prior insurance or financial services background preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Candidates with less experience but strong potential will be considered for a junior-level position.
