Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and solution architecture teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and change management.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Work Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office 5 days a week
