Business Analyst (Training to Go-Live)

Location (Multiple Locations) - Manila, Muntinlupa, Caloocan, Paranaque, Quezon City, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, Marikina, Pasig, Valenzuela

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the successful training, rollout, and go-live of a system implementation project. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, dealers, and service centers to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems, provide functional support, and contribute to project stabilization activities.

Key Responsibilities

Training Phase

• Support business and dealer users during training from a functional perspective.

• Clarify expected system behavior, business rules, and process workflows.

• Capture and consolidate user feedback related to training, rollout, and adoption.

• Conduct end-user and train-the-trainer sessions (remote and/or on-site).

• Refine rollout plans based on user readiness and training outcomes.

• Prepare dealers and service centers for go-live participation.

Go-Live Phase

• Provide functional and process support to dealers and service centers during go-live.

• Serve as the first point of contact for functional guidance, clarification, and user support.

• Assist users in navigating new systems and business processes.

• Collect, consolidate, and report implementation feedback and adoption issues.

• Support stabilization activities by identifying common user challenges and misconceptions.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to dealer training representatives and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or related role in system implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of business processes, user adoption, and change management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops.

• Ability to support users during go-live and stabilization phases.

• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site sessions when required.
