Business Analyst

Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱75,000 per month

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition, functional specifications, and UAT / implementation support (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in Project Management. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have proven experience in the banking industry, with strong technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience participating in solution design for banking systems and operational workflows (Non-negotiable)

• Excellent communication and business writing skills (Non-negotiable)

• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written (Non-negotiable)

• Experience supporting projects using Waterfall methodology (Non-negotiable)

• Experience in data mapping documentation and integration (Non-negotiable)

• Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and improving business processes (Non-negotiable)

• Adept at coordinating with IT and business stakeholders (Non-negotiable)

• Experience in data analysis and preparation of functional and technical requirements (Non-negotiable)

• Ability to facilitate meetings and requirements workshops (Non-negotiable)

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deliverables (Non-negotiable)

• Proficient in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories (Non-negotiable)
