Business Analysts

General info:

Model of work: hybrid, 3x per week work from office (Warsaw or Łódź)

Type of contract: B2B, long-term cooperations

Rate: Up to 150 PLN net + vat/ hour

Role focuses on data handling and harmonization for the GFRI project, ensuring effective data flow and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and harmonize large data sets across applications.

• Define and document data structures and ETL flows.

• Contribute to the functional design of end-to-end solutions including controls and reporting.

• Document metadata detailing data origins and assumptions.

• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements.

• Utilize AI to enhance efficiency and develop new use cases.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards.

• Develop IT solutions for reporting using various technologies.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in SQL and experience with databases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL).

• Familiarity with accounting and balance sheet structures.

• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CRR, BCBS239).

• Working knowledge of JIRA.

Nice to Have:

• Experience utilizing AI in business processes.

• Knowledge of various financial instruments.

• Track record of creating reporting IT solutions.
