Business and System Analyst
Description
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month
Business Intelligence Analyst
o Considerable years of experience in business intelligence analysis and design, including experience in SQL programming;
o Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle RDBMS;
o Proficiency in SQL performance analysis and tuning;
o Understand the environment in which business analysis is performed and knowledge of general business principles and available solutions;
o Understand fundamental business principles and best practices;
o Excellent ability in systems analysis and design, and in the preparation of functional and detailed specifications documents;
o Extensive knowledge in analysis, design, development and implementation of BI systems using standards- and best practices-based methodologies and frameworks and in the use of associated production tools
Systems Analyst
o Solid years of experience in a senior system analyst role, with years of experience working with senior users;
o Extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation;
o Knowledge and experience in using UML for documenting system design;
o Knowledgeable with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) principles;
o Ability to relate to large information-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior executives from a variety of cultures;
o Experience in Eclipse IDE, Struts framework, and Java programming language;
o Familiarity with Oracle Relational Data Bases and multi-tiered application concepts;
o Extensive knowledge of SDLC and utilization in system development projects;
o Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant work program and concepts, procedures and practices;
o Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps;
o Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining
