Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This includes engaging with stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and crafting strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these insights. The role also requires developing detailed business cases that support the realization of the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that the proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Collaboration across various teams and continuous evaluation of business objectives are integral parts of the daily activities.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning systems within diverse business environments.
- Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges that span multiple organizational units.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
