Summary:

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design techniques.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
