Business Assistant
You will support the Regional Head with business and growth initiatives, helping ensure key projects are executed effectively. You will participate in selected business and partnership discussions, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items. You will draft partnership proposals, industry analyses, and strategic research materials; coordinate cross-functional work; monitor market and competitor developments; and support strategic planning, business reviews, process optimization, key account mechanisms, and priority projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Head in overseeing business and growth initiatives and executing key projects.
- Participate in business communications and partnership discussions; prepare meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Draft partnership proposals, industry analyses, and strategic research materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, project progress, and resource alignment.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to support business decisions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business review processes.
- Support the optimization of business processes and key account management mechanisms.
- Provide support for special projects and high-priority matters led by the Regional Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated interest in blockchain, the Web3 ecosystem, or digital assets.
- Proficiency with emerging AI tools and software.
- Strong Mandarin communication skills.
- Structured problem-solving, logical thinking, and written communication skills.
- Good English proficiency is preferred; international exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
