We’re hiring a hands-on Business Central, Jet Reports and Web Developer to take ownership of our ERP platform and its integration with our web and e-commerce systems. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Business Central professional who wants to help build our IT support infrastructure from the ground up and drive innovation across our ERP and web estate as the business scales.

You’ll play a key role in Business Central development, Jet Reports reporting, web and e-commerce integration and IT support, acting as technical lead on development projects and turning business requirements into working, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales and IT, as well as external web development teams, reporting to the IT Manager. This role is based in Plymouth, with hybrid working available.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Central, Jet Reports and Web Developer, you’ll support the business across ERP development, reporting, web and e-commerce integration, IT support infrastructure, and project delivery and collaboration.

Business Central Development

• Design, develop and maintain customizations, extensions and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business needs
• Act as technical lead on Business Central development projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering working solutions
• Stay current with the Business Central roadmap and recommend upgrades where beneficial

Jet Reports & Reporting

• Build, optimize and maintain Jet Reports financial and operational reporting solutions
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting across the business
• Keep up to date with Jet Reports updates and relevant technologies

Web & E-commerce Integration

• Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and the company’s websites and e-commerce platforms
• Work closely with external web development teams to ensure seamless data flow across orders, stock, pricing and customer data
• Track relevant web and integration technologies and recommend improvements

IT Support Infrastructure & Innovation

• Support and help build out the wider IT support infrastructure, including systems documentation, support processes and technical standards, as the business scales
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing ERP and web systems and processes, proposing and implementing solutions that support business growth and efficiency
• Provide training, guidance and second and third-line technical support to internal users on Business Central and related systems

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales and IT to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and prioritize development work
• Manage a multi-project development pipeline in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day support with longer-term innovation projects
• Ensure all development work follows best-practice standards for testing, version control, security and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a live production environment
• Proven expertise building and maintaining Jet Reports solutions for financial and operational reporting
• Demonstrable experience integrating Business Central with external web platforms or e-commerce systems via APIs, web services or middleware
• Strong working knowledge of AL and/or C/AL development, and the Business Central API framework
• A portfolio of case studies evidencing previous Business Central, Jet Reports and web integration projects, and the business impact delivered
• Experience working collaboratively with external website developers or agencies on system integrations
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is desirable
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure services and cloud-hosted (SaaS) Business Central environments is desirable
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript or other web development languages and frameworks is desirable
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (for example Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce) and their integration with ERP systems is desirable
• Experience building or supporting an IT infrastructure or support function (helpdesk, ticketing systems, IT policies) within a growing SME is desirable
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are desirable
• Experience within distribution, wholesale or B2B industries is desirable
• Exposure to project management or Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable
• Willingness to work in UK business hours
• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
