- Good understanding of DORA and relevant Financial Services Industry regulations related to ICT Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
- Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation, presentations, reports, and delivery materials
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisational areas
- Ability to analyse and consolidate input from different stakeholders and translate it into structured processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, including dependency, workload, risk, and delivery management
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- Practical experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, ICT Service Continuity, or Operational Resilience
- Experience working within regulatory or transformation programmes involving DORA or similar regulatory frameworks
