Job Description

- Position Title: Business Development Executive / Solution Sales Executive
- Working Location: Bukit Merah, Central
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports, updates, and market feedback for management review.
- Participate in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are followed up.
- Maintain good product knowledge and keep updated on market trends.
- Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehouse automation, or enterprise software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or system integration will be a plus.
- Willing to travel when required.
