Business Development Executive - F&B

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and research promising international F&B brands for potential expansion into Indonesia
• Reach out to foreign brand owners and explore partnership, franchise and licensing opportunities
• Evaluate brands based on product quality, market potential, competition and commercial viability
• Prepare basic financial analysis, including startup costs, sales projections, profitability and return on investment
• Conduct market research and food tastings to identify attractive F&B concepts and emerging trends
• Support discussions, negotiations and market entry plans with potential brand partners

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good Excel proficiency
• Genuine passion for food and a good palate, with an interest in discovering new F&B concepts
• Commercially minded, curious and proactive in identifying business opportunities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel when required
