Business Development Executive
Role Overview & Core Duties
Market Expansion: Hunt for fresh commercial prospects, generate quality leads, and actively grow the active client roster.
Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute impactful sales plans designed to hit revenue targets and corporate milestones.
Client Management: Cultivate and nurture robust partnerships with both new and longstanding customers, offering customized solutions that address their specific requirements.
Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough industry research and competitor evaluations to pinpoint emerging expansion paths.
Sales Execution: Design and pitch persuasive proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations to prospective buyers.
Campaign Support: Assist in rolling out new beverages, promotional activations, industry trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments to guarantee seamless order processing, fulfillment, and high customer satisfaction levels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, maintain pipeline progress, and deliver regular commercial forecasts and reports to leadership alongside other assigned management tasks.
Ad-Hoc: Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Educational Background: Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: Bring 1 to 3 years of hands-on background in commercial development, client management, or professional sales.
Preferred Background: Prior exposure to the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail and supermarket sales is strongly preferred, as is experience handling diverse market sectors.
Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication abilities.
Work Style: Capable of performing autonomously with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
