Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in heavy equipment, mining machinery, and related industrial sectors.
• Manage relationships with dealers, contractors, fleet owners, and end-users.
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.

Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calls,referrals, and market research.
• Track and report sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a structured manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Development

• Support market penetration in Singapore, China, Indonesia, and other regional markets.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to generate leads.
• Gather competitor intelligence and provide feedback to management.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely delivery and aftersales support for clients.
• Support Business Development Manager and Sales Manager in strategic accounts when required.

Qualifications& Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5years of sales/business development experience, preferably in heavy equipment,construction machinery, or other industrial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.
• Self-motivated,results-oriented, and comfortable with travel.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin as communication with clients are essential
