About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Win new business and grow the company's client base across its consultancy services.
* Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to signed engagement.
* Pursue opportunities across priority sectors and prepare winning proposals, pitches, and tenders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior decision-makers.
* Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions that meet client needs.
* Own revenue targets and provide weekly pipeline and sales performance reports.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within consulting or professional services.
* Proven track record of originating, closing, and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
