Business Development Executive
Summary
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai, providing self-storage, moving & packing, and business fulfilment solutions. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, develop partnerships, and expand into new markets across the UAE.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, including individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, and logistics businesses.
Research and develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities, and sales channels.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
Follow up and convert warm inbound leads into new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment, account requirements, and client handovers.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting.
Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and generate new revenue across the UAE.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or active B2B/B2C client acquisition.
Proven ability to independently prospect, win, and acquire new clients, rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and target-driven approach.
Own car and valid UAE driving licence preferred.
