Lead the identification, negotiation, and successful sign-up of new partnerships to expand yuu’s market-leading coalition network.
Structure and negotiate creative, win-win commercial deals that align partner objectives with our loyalty programme economics and long-term strategy.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, finance, legal) to ensure seamless partner onboarding, programme integration, and ongoing value delivery.
yuu for Business / Corporate
Build and lead the B2B points & rewards sales business, developing go-to-market strategies, sales pipelines, and commercial frameworks to monetise our loyalty currency as an employee and customer benefit.
Greater Bay Area Expansion
Support strategic expansion into the Greater Bay Area, identifying opportunities, building local relationships, and adapting our offering to local market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and develop a lean team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on targets, collaboration, and innovation.
Do you have experience in Business Development and Partnership?
Proven track record in business development, partnership acquisition, or sales leadership within retail, loyalty, or related sectors.
Deep commercial acumen with the ability to understand and navigate the dynamics of multiple partner industries (e.g., retail, dining, financial services, utilities, digital platforms).
Creative problem solver who excels at structuring innovative, multi-party commercial deals and overcoming negotiation challenges.
Strong existing connections and network in the retail industry across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area (including Mainland China).
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels (C-suite and decision-makers).
Strong understanding of digital technologies, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel retailing. Familiarity with data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and digital marketing tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with experience building and scaling sales or partnership functions.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and regional stakeholders.
