Job Description

- Position Title: Business Development Manager (Construction & Prefabrication Solutions)
- Working Location: Sungei Kadut
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + HP Allowance + Vehicle Allowance + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and built environment sector.
- Promote the company’s DFMA, prefabrication, and M&E solutions to developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business development plans.
- Work closely with internal teams on tender submissions and project opportunities.
- Achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience in construction, M&E, engineering, or prefabrication
- Knowledge of DFMA, PPVC, MEP prefabrication, modular construction, or related technologies will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
