BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Business Development Manager

Daddy’s Mart Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager to support business growth, sales development, customer engagement and supplier coordination for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow retail sales and overall business performance

• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments and sales channels

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and business partners

• Plan and execute sales promotions, product campaigns and customer engagement activities

• Monitor product performance, customer demand and market trends to improve sales

• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, product selection, stock movement and promotional support

• Support business expansion initiatives, including delivery-related sales growth and new revenue opportunities

• Review sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency

• Ensure good customer service standards and support overall store business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree or relevant experience in sales, retail operations or business development

• Experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, convenience store or related business environment preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage supplier coordination, customer relationships and sales planning

• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently

• Familiar with retail business operations and sales growth strategies
