Business Development Manager / Director (Mid-to-Senior Level)

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with international pharmaceutical companies, vaccine developers,
and leading research institutions.
2. Conduct comprehensive product and market trend evaluations for vaccines, adjuvants, and immunotherapies.
3. Lead product valuation, define commercialization roadmaps, and oversee technology transfer and licensing partnerships.
4. Formulate and execute short, medium, and long-term business development strategies and actionable plans.
5. Coordinate internal communication to support and accelerate the progress of both internal and external product
development projects.
6. Advance key corporate initiatives through hands-on execution and seamless integration into the team.

【Qualifications】
1. 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Planning within the biotechnology or
pharmaceutical sector.
2. Well-versed in licensing/partnership workflows and the global healthcare ecosystem.
3. Exceptional business English communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong track record of execution with superior cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving abilities.
