Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong consulting background to lead our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our consulting services. Experience in selling B2B solutions or advisory services is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in need of business advisory, corporate, or professional services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  • Lead sales meetings, client negotiations, and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Track performance using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within consulting, corporate services, or B2B & B2C professional services.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs and translate them into service offerings.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs & targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
