Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate technology development projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide effective troubleshooting support.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, payment follow-up, and account-related activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the manufacturing industry or technology-driven business environment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations or businesses involving technical products.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and apply structured problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new industries, products, and technologies.
  • Experience working for a motor supplier is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of motors, particularly BLDC motors and pump motors, is an added advantage.
