Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and acquire new clients across local and Intra-Asia markets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate sales leads and support business development
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms with clients and service providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor industry trends, carrier performance, and market conditions to support sales strategy development
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bidding processes to expand business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams
