This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by measurable results, and wants to grow into a well-rounded sales professional. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, receptive to coaching, and committed to professional growth, personal integrity, and serving others with excellence.

- Vendor Relationship Management: As experience and performance progress, candidate will assume increasing responsibility for managing vendor relationships, maintaining engagement, and developing existing business opportunities.

- CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect and vendor interactions, manage follow-up activities, and keep the company’s CRM system current.
- Performance Accountability: Work toward established activity, appointment, pipeline, relationship development, and revenue goals, with expectations evolving as responsibilities increase.
- Training and Professional Development: Participate in onboarding, sales training, coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Professional Representation: Represent the BHF brand, core values, and culture with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.

This position offers a structured path from business development and vendor relationship creation to direct sales and opportunity management, with increasing responsibility and earning potential as the employee develops.
Phase 1: Business Development & Vendor Relationship Creation

- Employees will be responsible for creating new vendor relationships that generate measurable business opportunities for BHF. Performance-based commissions will be tied to closed business generated through vendor relationships established by the employee. Phase 2: Direct Sales & Opportunity Management
- As employees demonstrate proficiency in business development, successfully establish qualified vendor partnerships, and develop the skills necessary to manage sales opportunities independently, their responsibilities will expand.
- This phase includes working directly with vendors on individual opportunities, managing deals through the sales process, and helping convert opportunities into profitable transactions for BHF.
- Commission opportunities will transition to a defined percentage of BHF’s profit on qualifying closed deals managed by the employee.
Career Advancement
- Progression is based on demonstrated performance, the ability to establish productive vendor relationships, the generation of qualified business opportunities, and readiness to assume greater responsibility for managing deals.
