Description

About the opportunity
The Business Development Representative II (BDR II), Customer Base, plays a critical role in driving growth within Dayforce’s existing customer accounts. This mid-level position is suited to someone with 2–3 years of relevant experience who can build relationships, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from Dayforce’s products and services.
Working closely with Customer Base Sales Representatives and internal account partners, the BDR II develops targeted outreach strategies based on each customer’s current solutions, business priorities, and opportunities for expansion. Through telephone, email, social media, webinars, and events, the BDR II engages decision-makers and influencers to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings with the Dayforce Sales team.
Success requires thoughtful account research, strong communication skills, disciplined follow-up, and a customer-first approach. Documenting activity and account intelligence in Salesforce and using sales and marketing automation tools are integral to the role. Some travel may be required for corporate meetings, sales team meetings, and customer events.
** This posting represents an ongoing opportunity within our organization. While there may not be an active vacancy at this time, we encourage interested candidates to apply. Applications will be reviewed periodically and retained for future openings.
